Remote Sessions

Get help without having to answer the door.



If you are looking for technical support but don't live in the Charlotte area, I offer REMOTE/ONLINE support regardless of where you are in the US.

Zoom allows me to not only see your screen but control it as well. In many ways, remote sessions allow for a better learning environment as we share the space as opposed to me sitting in front of your computer with you to the side when working together in person.

When you schedule a session, you will automatically be emailed a link you'll use to join the online meeting when the time comes. If you have any trouble, you can call me at the beginning of the session (704-206-0599) and I will walk you though the startup process. We are able to see and hear each other and I’ll be able to solve your issues without being there in person. There are a few issues that are more challenging to solve online however:

• Printers
• WiFi Networking

Due to the physical nature of those issues, they are usually easier to solve onsite. Most other issues can be solved remotely.

So if you live anywhere in the US and have technical support needs regarding any Apple devices including iCloud photos, contacts, and calendar syncing or you'd like to discuss parenting best practices including how to use ScreenTime, I'm here to help.
