Just checking in with you about my son's ipad and phone. He is still getting my husbands emails and my contacts are still on his ipad.

If you go into settings, you can see "Passwords and Accounts". From there, select the accounts that do not belong on the device and delete them by selecting the account, then sliding down to the bottom of the screen until you see "sign out". That should remove the email account as well as any contacts and calendars that are associated to that account.
