Wondering why my email is hanging before it sends. I replaced the router from Time Warner and everything else is fine. Any ideas?

Takes a long time to send?  

You could try using a different outgoing mail server.  RR's is smtp-server.carolina.rr.com.  .mac or MobileMe is smtp.me.com.  Some outgoing servers will deliver mail from other services even though they sometimes hang in the process.
