I'm being charged twice for Adobe. What can I do?
___________
Most likely you're paying for adobe products under two different accounts. (Email addresses). Both of those accounts could even be using the same credit card. Go directly to adobe.com, log in and adjust the first account accordingly. The hard part will be discovering what the second account is. These will not be related to each other so there won't be any evidence of one account associated to the other.
Adobe Creative Cloud is the doorway application that allows you to manage your subscription as well. It also assists in updating and downloading applications included in your subscription. You may already have Creative cloud running on your computer. If you do, you would see a small infinity looking symbol in the menu bar on the right side of your screen. You can click that to get more info as well.
Lastly, if you still haven't found which two accounts are associated to the charges, then let me know how you are seeing the charges. Email? Bank statement? That would provide the next clue.
