HP Printer not showing in bonjour

Two questions, please.
What is the operating system on the Mac?
And, I have finished entering the address list and would appreciate printing instructions so that I can proofread and correct it.

1. The operating system you are currently on can be located by going under the black apple in the top left hand corner of the screen and choosing “About this Mac”.
You are most likely on 10.6.5 or something very close to that.
2. To print all the addresses in your address book you can choose print under “File” in the menu bar. Next you’ll choose “list” under Style. Finally you’ll want to select the items you want to include in the print out. Check all that you want to see. On the left hand column you’ll see a preview of what your print out will look like.
